sam and her turtle eggs
The Turtle eggs: Nathan said it was interesting that the eggs needed
to be fertalized by a boy turtle and that they were all girls!

Sam says the eggs were made on saturday night,
her dad put them in the hot water cuboard `` SILLY DAD`` she says
they wont hatch sam told us because they only have girls not males.

Science Roadshow
The Science Roadshow came to visit today - and boy what a show!! We had such a fantastic time. We learned all about the five senses as well as fire and ice. We also got to play with over forty different experiments!! Photos are coming soon but for now, here is a video they showed us about an amazing bird.

Nathanial's Lesson
This week Nathanial brought in his plastercine creations to share with the class. We were so impressed with the detail and skill that he showed that we asked him to teach us all. In the centre of the photo is Nathanial teaching the class the techniques he knows and around the outside shows us practising these techniques. We had so much fun!!!

Room 10 2011!!
Well it's 2011 and we have a brand new team of awesome learners all raring to go this year! Room 10 has had five weeks to get settled in and get to know each other and we all very exciting about our year together! Keep checking in to see how our progress is going throughout the year!
