While our Buddy Class were visiting, Josh brought in his beautiful new puppy, Ella! She is 3 months old and not at all shy! Ella has the softest, shiniest coat we have ever seen too. Thank you Josh for sharing the new addition to your family with us.

Buddy Class
We had a fantastic time today making Fathers Day cards with our Buddy Class. With everyone so busy with productions, it was really nice to catch up with Room 15 and 16 and spend some quality time together. We love having you as our buddy class!!!!

A Photo every 30 seconds
This is what we get up to in just one hour of school! We took a photo every 30 seconds for one hour using photobooth and then made it into a movie in Picasa. We sure do move around a lot in class!

Learning to use Voicethread
We have been learning to create an identity to our voicethread account.
We have also learned how to change our avatar to anything we want!
This is our first time using voicethread and recording our voices!

The Jets Come to Visit!

Room 10 has been learning about all kinds of maths in the past four weeks - Money, measurement, size, area and 3D images. Last Friday, we decided to have a maths discovery day, where we could take the knowledge that we learned and try new thoughts and ideas with it. It was a lot of fun and a great deal of learning took place as well!
Thomas had a birthday
Thomas had a fantastic birthday party last weekend and told us all about it! Here is a picture of him wearing the new night vision goggles he got for his birthday - Happy Birthday Tom!!

Harold came to visit us on Friday and he talked about the types of qualities which make a good friend. We talked about how everyone is different and that is a GOOD thing and that we need to respect other people's differences. Harold told us that we should treat other people as we would like to be treated ourselves and we all agreed with that idea!!
